All meals endeavor to contain 28-32 Grams of Protein, 34-40 Grams of Carbs and 12-16 Grams of Fat  (4 Blocks)

It is our goal to be as accurate and legitimate as possible although this isn’t always the case.
 


You have the option to order 6 days of breakfasts, lunches, and/or dinners, or order 6 days of all meals! Meals are as listed with no substitutions.

The following week's menu will be available by Wednesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 8 pm on Saturday

Orders will be delivered the following Tuesday for our RTP clients between 10a-5p!

Delivery Notes:

  • Food can be delivered to your CrossFit Gym.

  • Please have a cooler outside with ice packs for us to transfer food if delivering to home address.

  • Any cooler bags or coolers we drop off are to be returned to delivery point weekly.
