Chef Mike strongly recommends a 3-4 week time period to see and feel the amazing results this diet has to offer, but you are more than welcome to order the Diet Menu for any week and time period you would like.
Double portions (for two adults) are also available.
The following week's menu will be available by Wednesday evening. Orders will be delivered the following Tuesday for our RTP clients between 10a-5p!
