**Minimum order from this menu is 2 meals.
gift options for delivered meals
You can purchase gift certificates through our JOMB Store or you can also purchase meals on behalf of the recipient, we would just need their delivery information.
Do we offer macro or nutrient INFORMATION for our meals?
Due to the nature of our menu changing weekly we do not offer nutrient or macro information.
Our zone menu is very loosely based on a a 4 block diet. What does one block look like? Protein = 7 grams, carbohydrate = 9 grams (total carbohydrate minus fiber), and fat = 1.5 grams.
Our zone meals endeavor to contain 28-32 grams of protein, 34-40 grams of carbohydrates and 12-16 grams of fat, however there are fluctuations depending on the protein used (ie salmon, pork are higher in fat than chicken). While we strive to meet the 4 block required measurements the meals aren’t always exact or precise. It is our goal to be as accurate and legitimate as possible although this isn’t always the case.
